Pho Vy Vietnamese Cuisine is our small family owned restaurant located near Lake Merritt in Oakland. We may be a tiny mom and pop shop, but we are highly experienced in the business! Our family brings in over ten years of restaurant experience! Our family and staff will do the best we can to provide customers with great food and excellent service.

Here at Pho Vy, we have many tables to choose from! Our smaller tables can seat up to groups of 4 while our bigger tables can accomodate up to 10 guests. We do try our best to allow reservations, but reservations will not be allowed during peak hours.
